A few things you need to know …
Please continue using your current SIM card until you lose service with your current carrier (usually on a requested day). Then insert your new FSG SIM card. Your service should then become active on Optus.
If your handset is more than five years old and you haven’t recently run a software update, you may need to contact your current service provider for assistance to unlock your handset
You may need to change your APN settings.
NOTE: You will need to switch the device onto flight mode to register the change. Then access the internet through your device browser.
